This Rancho Cordova industrial facility required a high-performance stormwater solution to meet strict environmental mandates for runoff capture and groundwater recharge. The project needed to integrate bioswales and on-site filtration systems without compromising structural requirements for heavy industrial traffic, requiring a seamless transition from specialized subgrade preparation to final surface paving.
Allstate executed precision earthwork to grade retention basins and bioswales to engineered elevations for effective water capture and storage. Strategic slope design and aggregate media were used to enhance natural filtration.
A multi-layer permeable base system was installed to support rapid infiltration, topped with a precision-laid permeable asphalt surface. This advanced pavement system handles heavy logistics loads while allowing stormwater to drain directly through the surface into the subgrade.
